    Your plan covers the upkeep your home needs every year anyway (AC, gutters, water heater, dryer vent) plus handyman hours every month. Anything extra is 10 to 20% off our hourly rate.

  2. Am I locked in?

    No. Plans are month to month with no cancellation fee, and you can upgrade any time.

  3. Who actually comes into my house?

    Our team: family and longtime friends with backgrounds across the trades, licensed and insured. When we send someone to your home, we know their family and they know ours.
